Send us an excel spreadsheet indicating name and e-mail addresses. This spreadsheet will be deleted from our system after each use.
The excel spreadsheet can be up to 2000 names.

BOUNCED: incorrect or invalid e-mail addresses
CLICKS: if hyperlinked; indicates how many recipients clicked thru to your indicated website
FORWARD: how many recipients forwarded your message
OPENS: how many times the message was opened, by e-mail address including date and time
RELEASED: how many e-mail addresses were sent
UNSUBSCRIBES: list of recipients who do want to be deleted from your mass send email list

Why would you use an e-mail service?
Quite simply, if you need to get your message out you want it to appeal to the recipient and you want to have the benefits of reports telling you:
a) Who opened the e-mail and saw your message
b) How many times did they open it (the more time, the more interested they are in it)
c) Which e-mail addresses bounced either because they are incomplete or inoperable. This helps keep your list current.
d) If it is important that you know who received and opened the e-mail (such as an important internal corporate notice), then this is ideal as the reporting will indicate.
